FG is a comprehensive physical fitness assessment tool, with reporting capabilities, that measures children's health-related fitness such as aerobic capacity, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition. FG along with NFL PLAY 60 encourages children to be active for at least 60 minutes every day.
As a part of this project, some students will be taking FG twice a year. If your student is included in this testing make sure to request a copy of your child's yearly fitness report!
