As a part of the NFL PLAY 60 FITNESSGRAM® (FG) evaluation project, sites have been asked to have students (grades 5 through 12) complete the Youth Activity Profile (YAP). It is an online tool designed to assess children's physical activity and sedentary habits both in school and at home. It will provide valuable information for students, teachers and parents as well as help us evaluate students' activity patterns.
